Role Description
The Personal Secretary role at Fashion i Paris is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. In this role, the individual will manage daily schedules, organize meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and maintain calendars for leadership. The Personal Secretary will handle correspondence, prepare documents and reports, and support filing and record-keeping activities.



Responsibilities also include tracking tasks and deadlines, arranging appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. The role requires maintaining confidentiality, prioritizing multiple requests, and providing proactive administrative and personal assistance to support efficient operations.
