Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to handle motor insurance renewal calls. The candidate will contact existing/potential customers, inform them about upcoming policy renewals, explain available insurance options, and assist customers in completing the renewal process.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding motor insurance renewal.
- Inform customers about policy expiry dates and renewal options.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable insurance plans.
- Follow up with customers who are interested in renewing their policies.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful renewals.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records.
- Coordinate with the insurance/operations team for policy processing.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.




- Provide professional and courteous customer service.

Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance is preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
