Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AI Video Editor cum Social Media Manager role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves planning, editing, and producing video content using AI tools and traditional editing workflows for multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities include creating short-form and long-form videos, optimizing color grading and motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across visuals. The role also includes managing social media channels, scheduling and publishing content,



monitoring performance metrics, and refining strategies to increase reach and engagement. Collaboration with content creators, designers, and marketing team members is expected to align all output with overall brand and campaign goals.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in video production and video editing, including working with AI-based editing tools.
- Proficiency in video color grading and motion graphics to enhance visual quality and storytelling.
- Ability to create and adapt graphics for social media and video content.
- Experience managing social media platforms, content calendars, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with video and design software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
