Job Summary

We are looking for an Architect who can effectively work as an Architectural Draughtsman, responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings based on design concepts and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Develop drawings from conceptual designs and architectural sketches.
- Prepare floor plans, layouts, details, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.
- Make revisions and modifications based on inputs from architects, engineers, and clients.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, design standards, and applicable building regulations.
- Maintain proper drawing standards, documentation, and revisions.




- Coordinate with project/site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Assist architects in preparing presentations, BOQs, and project documentation when required.
- Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and verify measurements.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp / Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drafting and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of building materials, construction details, and architectural standards.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
