About the Role
(
Remote | Full-time | ₹12L – ₹40L/year )
We're building AI systems that don't just respond — they reason, plan, and act. As a Senior Software Engineer with an AI focus, you'll architect and ship agentic applications powered by up-to-date LLMs, design multi-agent orchestration networks, and build MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations that connect AI to real-world tools and data. If you love building intelligent, production-grade systems that push the boundaries of what software can do, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Design and build agentic AI systems — multi-step reasoning pipelines, autonomous task agents, and tool-using LLM workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI
- Build and maintain MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and clients to connect LLMs with internal tools, APIs, databases, and external services
- Implement RAG pipelines and vector search infrastructure (pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate) to ground AI responses in real data
- Develop and deploy scalable web and backend applications using React.js, Node.js,
and Python — including serverless workloads on AWS Lambda
- Evaluate and integrate foundation models via Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini APIs, as well as open-source models like Llama and Mistral
- Debug and resolve complex AI production issues — from prompt failures and agent loops to latency and cost optimization
- Own code quality and mentor junior engineers through design reviews and pair programming
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and/or Python
- Experience building with LLM APIs and prompt engineering (tool calling, structured outputs)
- Solid experience deploying serverless workloads on AWS Lambda
- AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, Developer, or equivalent)
- Understanding of agentic AI concepts — planning loops, memory, tool use, and multi-agent coordination
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
