Role & responsibilities
- Individual with solid experience in- Global Mobility, Immigration Consultation, International Mobility Consultation , Management of UK Employment Visa
- The successful candidate ensures that JLR complies with internal and external regulations. Duties include working with management, HR Direct and the off-shore recruitment team to identify regulatory risks and design internal controls to ensure compliance within the JLR.
- Youll be responsible for monitoring and ensuring recruitment activities are compliant across multiple work streams, including but not limited to Internal advertising campaigns, the selection process, and Visa and onboarding.
- Conduct scheduled audits and identify training requirements.
- Manage training delivery and monitor performance. Youll help with continuous improvement activity to reduce time to offer and improve the candidate and hiring manager experience.




- As Recruitment Compliance and Immigration Consultant, you will proactively partner with the HR teams, including the JLR Immigration UK team, to ensure compliance.
- This role will develop relationships with all stakeholders internally within TA, the broader HR function, and business leads.
- Work with the Recruitment delivery manager and JLR Immigration team to develop the Compliance programme plan for the off- shore recruitment team . This will involve developing, designing and maintaining stakeholder reporting packs; monitoring the progress of the Compliance; and maintaining discipline in activity tracking and reporting
- Promote and develop a culture of doing business in the right way; driving continuous improvement of compliance practices; and working alongside key stakeholders to advise and support on compliance-related matters
