The organization operates hundreds of Community Learning Centres and schools, as well as Livelihood Centres and Entrepreneurship Incubation Centres to provide skilling and economic opportunities. Role Description
This is a full-time, in office role based in Chennai for a Life and Employability Skills Trainer.



The trainer will deliver structured training sessions on life skills and soft skills to adolescents and young adults, using interactive and experiential methodologies aligned with Magic Bus curricula. Responsibilities include planning and preparing session content, facilitating group activities, conducting assessments, and tracking participant progress. The role involves coordinating with centre staff and community stakeholders, motivating learners to complete programmes, and supporting their transition to education, vocational training, or employment opportunities. The trainer will also contribute to reporting, documentation, and continuous improvement of training modules, ensuring sessions are inclusive, engaging, and contextually relevant.

Qualifications

Salary : Around 30K per months over and above travel & mobile reimbursement
