Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Fir Asst. Manager / Manager role based at Amanora Mall in the Pune Division.



The role is responsible for supporting daily mall operations, including coordination with retail, F&B;, and entertainment partners, monitoring facility upkeep, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for visitors. The position involves overseeing crowd management and emergency readiness, assisting with implementation of fire safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with mall policies and regulatory requirements. The Fir Asst. Manager / Manager will collaborate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, help plan and execute events and activations, and provide regular reports on footfall, operational issues, and customer feedback. The role requires active floor presence, prompt response to incidents, and continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.
