to serve as the business engine of our agency.

In this high-visibility leadership role, you will act as the operational and commercial wizard to our Head of Creative & Strategy. You will not just "manage" client portfolios; you will own their growth, protect their margins, and act as a trusted business consultant to our clients and act as a strategic leverage for the agency. ?️ Core Responsibilities
1. P&L; Ownership & Financial Stewardship
- Fiscal Accountability:

Drive absolute financial health across all brand portfolios,



managing the agency’s account revenue targets, margins, and resource allocation.
- Organic Scale:

Identify latent business challenges within existing client ecosystems and convert them into upsell and cross-sell revenue opportunities.
- Commercial Engineering:

Oversee contract negotiations, master service agreements (MSAs), fee structures, and scope-of-work (SOW) compliance to ensure agency profitability.

2. Strategic Brand Leadership & Client Architecture
- The Trusted Advisor:

Cultivate deeply rooted, C-suite relationships with major brand partners, serving as their macro-level marketing consultant.
- Cross-Functional Synergy:

Partner seamlessly with the Head of Creative & Strategy to ensure client briefs are sharply interrogated, business goals are clearly defined, and creative pitches are structurally bulletproof.
- Market Insight:

Constantly analyze consumer trends, digital shifts, and market data to weigh in
