Role Description
The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing interior fit-out and contracting activities at project locations.



This role involves coordinating daily site operations, supervising skilled workers and subcontractors, and ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. The Interior Site Supervisor monitors project progress, manages material deliveries and storage, and reports site status, issues, and requirements to project managers and other stakeholders. The role also includes liaising with clients, consultants, and vendors to resolve on-site challenges, support inspections, and ensure that timelines and budgets are met. The Interior Site Supervisor helps maintain a clean, safe, and organized site and contributes to continuous improvement in processes and workmanship.
