- We are seeking a highly experienced Haskell professional to lead the design, development, and delivery of mission-critical software solutions for clients across financial services, technology, and engineering-driven organizations.
- Key responsibilities include architecting scalable and type-protected Haskell systems, developing embedded domain-specific languages (eDSLs), leading client workshops, mentoring engineers, enforcing code quality standards, contributing to pre-sales activities, and supporting the organization''s Haskell Centre of Excellence.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of production-grade Haskell development experience in large-scale, live environments.
- Deep expertise in GHC, Haskell''s advanced type system (GADTs, type families, higher-kinded types, type-level programming), and effect management frameworks.




- Proven experience building eDSLs, implementing concurrent systems (STM, async, MVar/TVar), and developing services using frameworks such as Servant, Yesod, or Scotty.
- Strong experience with property-based testing (QuickCheck/Hedgehog), performance optimization, Stack/Cabal/Nix tooling, Lens ecosystem, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Ability to communicate complex technical architecture and type-level design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong foundations in computer science, mathematics, type theory, and functional programming principles.
