Required Technical Skill Set
- ServiceNow ITOM
- Develop and implement
ITOM modules
such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration
- Configure and maintain
MID Servers, patterns, and probes/sensors
- Build
integrations
with third-party monitoring tools using REST/SOAP APIs
- Customize platform components using
Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer
- Perform
CMDB data modeling, reconciliation, and data quality improvements
- Troubleshoot and optimize
Discovery and Service Mapping performance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable ITOM solutions
