Job duties and responsibilities

1. Customer Service

Provide excellent customer experience by greeting, taking accurate orders, and handling complaints professionally, in line with brand SOPs and POSH guidelines.

2. Food Preparation & Quality

Ensure timely and hygienic preparation of food and beverages, following FSSAI norms and company recipes. Assist in stock rotation and maintaining quality standards.

3. Cleanliness & Hygiene

Maintain cleanliness of workstations, kitchen, and dining areas. Follow sanitation protocols, complete daily checklists, and report maintenance or safety concerns.

4. Team Collaboration

Work effectively with team members, support during peak hours, attend briefings, and follow the company code of conduct.

5. Sales & Upselling

Actively promote add-ons, combo offers, and new items to drive sales. Maintain accurate billing aligned with GST norms and sales SOPs.

6. Policy Compliance & SOPs

Follow operational SOPs, including opening/closing duties, cash handling, shift timing, and documentation. Complete mandatory training and audits.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
