Senior Accountant Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle complete construction/project accounting and site-wise accounts.
- Manage material supply billing, including invoices, PO, delivery challans, GRN/MRN and reconciliation.
- Verify RA bills, subcontractor bills, material quantities and rates.
- Handle GST, TDS, billing and statutory compliance.
- Maintain vendor/customer ledgers, receivables, payables and reconciliations.
- Monitor project expenses, material purchases and outstanding payments.
- Prepare project-wise MIS, P&L;, cost reports and ageing reports.
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Stores, Commercial and Management teams.
- Handle audit requirements and documentation.
- Solid knowledge of Tally/ERP and Excel is required.
Mandatory: Relevant experience in Construction Accounting and Material Supply Billing is compulsory.
