Position Summary





You will drive the growth and evolution of the Asia Pacific portfolio by shaping portfolio strategy and enabling execution through collaboration with FMC teams, external partners, and stakeholders across global, regional, and country levels. You will also lead key APAC marketing planning initiatives to support sustainable business growth.

The Role

Your responsibilities include:
- Portfolio strategy: Develop and execute asset-specific portfolio strategies, including recent offers, segmented value propositions, brand ladders, and innovation initiatives to maximize portfolio value and growth.
- New product introduction: Lead commercialization of the FMC technology pipeline by launching innovative products and formulations, partnering cross-functionally to ensure successful NPI delivery.
- Post-patent management: Progress the post-patent strategy of relevant AIs, taking into account the evolving competitive scenario, product life-cycle management and FMC growth goals.
- Optimize financial performance: Drive financial
