Position

Accountant – GST, Taxation & Accounts

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounts, GST, ITR, TDS, audit coordination and project-related accounting for our civil construction business.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day company accounts in Tally / Tally Prime
- Prepare and file GST returns – GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.
- GST reconciliation and input tax credit verification
- Handle TDS accounting and returns
- Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing
- Coordinate with CA / Tax Consultant / Auditors
- Assist in statutory and tax audits
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation
- Maintain purchase, sales, expenses and payment records
- Maintain project-wise / work-wise accounts
- Handle accounting related to PWD contracts, contractor bills and subcontractor payments
- Prepare Excel-based financial and expense reports
- Maintain proper financial and tax documentation

Required Skills

Must have practical knowledge of:
- ✅ Tally / Tally Prime
- ✅ GST Portal & GST Filing




- ✅ Income Tax / ITR Filing
- ✅ TDS
- ✅ Microsoft Excel
- ✅ Audit Support

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in:
- Civil Construction Companies
- PWD Contractors
- Infrastructure Companies
- Contractor / Project Accounts
- CA / Audit Firms

will be given preference.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA – Finance or equivalent.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who can independently manage accounts and coordinate with our CA for GST, ITR, TDS and audit matters.

The candidate should be:
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Accurate with numbers
- Good in Excel
- Familiar with taxation deadlines
- Able to work independently
- Good at maintaining confidential financial information
