Loan Operations Executive (Calling Process)

Location: Andheri
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound calls related to loan products.
- Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and process to customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely updates on application status.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Skills Required:
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).
- Customer service and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Fresher to 1 year of experience in calling, telecalling, customer service, or loan operations.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
