Role & responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise construction activities for government infrastructure projects.
- Ensure adherence to government tender specifications, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and review project plans, schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with government departments, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Ensure timely execution and completion of projects within budget.
- Monitor site progress, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare DPRs, MIS reports, work progress documents, and compliance reports.
- Manage project risks, safety protocols, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure documentation as per government contract norm

Preferred candidate profile
- 10+ years of experience in civil/infrastructure construction.
- 3-5 years minimum experience in Government projects (PWD/CPWD, NPCIL,MES, BARC, EIL).
- Robust leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Excellent communication and government liaison skills.
- Candidates from Government Engineering Colleges (NITs/State Govt Colleges/Equivalent) will be preferred.
