Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in SEO, Social Media Marketing (SMM), Google Ads, and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize Google Ads / PPC campaigns.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking.
- Create and manage social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets for better ROI.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Coordinate with content,



creative, and business teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and platform updates.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SEO, SMM, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing paid digital advertising campaigns and budgets.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, audience targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute result-oriented digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in the healthcare/dental industry will be an added advantage.
