About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Prodigy Growth Labs. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and be comfortable creating designs for advertising, digital campaigns, social media, branding, presentations and marketing communications.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visually strong, brand-consistent creatives across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality graphics for digital advertising, social media, OOH/DOOH, print and marketing campaigns.
- Develop campaign creatives, social media posts, banners, presentations and promotional materials.
- Adapt creative concepts into multiple sizes and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
- Work with brand guidelines, typography, layouts, imagery and colour systems.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Create and edit images, illustrations and marketing assets.




- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
- Handle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Stay updated with current design, advertising and visual communication trends.

Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop – Mandatory
- Adobe Illustrator – Mandatory
- Canva – Mandatory
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and visual hierarchy.
- Good knowledge of digital advertising and social media creative formats.
- Ability to create clean, modern and professional marketing designs.
- Robust attention to detail and consistency.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Good to Have
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and video editing.
- Experience designing for OOH / DOOH advertising.
