Position Purpose
The Senior Architect is responsible for independently managing large residential apartment, villa and township-scale projects from concept to completion. The role provides architectural leadership, mentors junior architects, coordinates with cross-functional teams and ensures projects meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory and commercial objectives.
Organization Structure
Reports To: Head Architecture / Design Manager
Direct Reports: Architects, Junior Architects and Draftsmen (where applicable).

Key Responsibilities
Architectural Design Leadership
• Independently manage large residential projects.
• Lead design development from concept to construction documentation.
• Review and approve architectural deliverables.
• Participate in project feasibility and planning discussions.
Design Development & Documentation
• Prepare and review master plans, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Design Coordination
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP and Project Execution teams.
• Resolve design conflicts and constructability challenges.
Execution Support
• Conduct site visits and review execution quality.
• Provide design clarifications during construction.
Statutory Compliance
• Review approval drawings and support authority submissions.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, fire norms, environmental requirements and RERA guidelines.
Quality & Documentation Control
• Ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Minimize design errors and revisions.
Value Engineering
• Identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Improve space utilization and construction efficiency.
Team Leadership & Mentoring
