Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial statements, cash flows, credit reports, and borrower information.
- Assess creditworthiness, repayment capacity, business and industry risks.
- Prepare credit appraisal notes and recommend appropriate credit limits and terms.
- Review existing accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and identify early warning signals.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies, regulatory requirements, and internal risk guidelines.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, corporate/SME banking, or financial services.
- Solid financial statement analysis and credit assessment skills.
- Good knowledge of lending practices and risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial analysis tools.
- CA/MBA Finance/CFA/FRM or equivalent qualification will be an advantage.
