Assistant Project Manager – Interior Sites (Urgent Requirement)

Location: Anna Nagar & ECR, Chennai

Job Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate residential interior projects from start to handover.
- Study work orders, drawings, measurements, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, installation teams, carpenters, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Plan daily site activities and ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor material dispatch, delivery, and installation as per work order.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality of work.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site-related activities.
- Resolve site issues and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Maintain project updates, schedules, and reports.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / Zonal Manager on project progress.
- Ensure client satisfaction and maintain good client relationships.
- Support part-payment and final-payment collection.
- Complete project handover and collect customer feedback/reviews.

Skills Required




- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Solid coordination and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Planning, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and site teams.

Qualification & Experience
- BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in residential interior project execution preferred.
- Candidates with modular/interior site experience will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Chennai.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
