At Technofocus, we’re on a mission to empower businesses with scalable, cloud-based technologies. As we expand, we're looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to drive engagement, conversion, and retention through strategic email campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute B2B email marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle – from lead nurturing to onboarding, retention, and upselling.
- Create segmented, personalized, and automated email journeys using marketing automation platforms (e.g.,
HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Customer.io)
.
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to align messaging with user personas and product updates.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, conversion, unsubscribe rates) and generate actionable insights.
- Manage and maintain clean, GDPR-compliant email lists and ensure deliverability best practices.
- Support product announcements, webinar invitations, feature releases, newsletters,



and customer retention campaigns.
- Monitor trends in email marketing, SaaS buying behavior, and user engagement to continuously refine strategy.

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, preferably in a SaaS or PaaS environment.
- Solid grasp of B2B customer journeys and funnel strategies.
- Proficiency and experience using email marketing platforms and CRM systems
(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills; ability to write compelling email content tailored to tech-savvy audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar.
- Familiarity with email design best practices, responsive design, and basic HTML/CSS.
- Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email compliance standards.
