- The role is critical in establishing and running a robust quality control function to ensure that all incoming materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and packing materials meet defined quality standards. Given the hazardous nature of the key raw material, the role also demands strong discipline in laboratory safety, compliance, testing accuracy, and documentation. The QC Manager will be responsible not only for routine quality testing and release decisions, but also for setting up the laboratory systems, methods, controls, and team capabilities required for a reliable and audit-ready QC function.
