Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for qualified Chartered Accountants (0–3 years of experience) and MBA Finance professionals (3–10 years of experience). The role includes day-to-day responsibilities such as financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of cost and revenue performance.



Professionals in this position will support statutory and management reporting, assist in audits, ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, and contribute to internal controls and risk management. The role also involves coordinating with operations and management teams to provide financial insights, support decision-making, and improve overall financial efficiency. Depending on experience, the individual may also participate in strategic finance initiatives, capital expenditure analysis, and process improvement projects.

Qualifications
- Professional qualification as CA (0–3 years of post-qualification experience) or MBA Finance (3–10 years of relevant experience).
- Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
- Knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, compliance requirements, and audit support practices.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and financial/ERP systems; comfort working with large data
