Sales Executive / Sales Officer

Location: Bengaluru (Field Sales)

Role Description

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executives/Sales Officers to strengthen our sales team in Bengaluru. The selected candidates will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, generating new business opportunities, servicing existing customers, collecting orders, ensuring timely collections of outstanding payments, and expanding the company's retail presence across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities





Generate sales by visiting retailers, distributors, and channel partners in the assigned territory.

Collect and process orders from existing and current customers.

Appoint new retail outlets and expand product availability in the assigned market.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.

Ensure achievement of monthly sales and distribution targets.

Follow up and collect outstanding payments from customers as per company credit policy.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely stock availability and replenishment.

Execute in-store visibility, merchandising, and promotional activities.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and share feedback with the management.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and maintain high service standards.

Submit daily sales reports, beat plans, market feedback, and collection reports.
