We’re looking for someone who
enjoys cold calling, loves starting conversations with prospects, is confident in convincing customers, and is motivated by closing deals.

What You’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through
cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements
- Present and pitch Testpress solutions based on customer needs
- Schedule and conduct initial sales conversations and demos




- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and meeting-booking targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, opportunities, and follow-ups
- Work on both
newly generated and existing leads
- Collaborate with the team during the pre-sales and sales process
- Continuously learn about SaaS products, technology, and sales strategies

What We’re Looking For
- Freshers with strong sales potential are welcome to apply
- Candidates with
0–1 year of experience
in Business Development, Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, or a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in
English and Hindi
- Someone who is comfortable and confident with
cold calling
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
