TCS is looking for experienced Workday HCM/HRM Consultants with solid expertise in Workday Human Capital Management, Core HCM, business process configuration, and HR transformations. The role involves implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM solutions, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving HR process optimization across global organizations.

Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in Workday HCM / HRM

• Hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM configuration and support





• Expertise in Workday Business Process Framework

• Experience with Organizations, Staffing Models, and Supervisory Organizations

• Strong knowledge of Job Profiles, Compensation, Benefits, and Absence Management

• Experience with Security Configuration and Role-Based Access Controls

• Knowledge of Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and Dashboards

• Experience in Workday implementations, enhancements, and support projects

• Understanding of Employee Lifecycle processes including Hire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination
