- • Source through LinkedIn, job portals & referrals
- • Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- • Work closely with hiring managers to close positions
- • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of IT Recruitment experience
- Contract Staffing experience is mandatory
- Strong sourcing & screening skills
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
