Job Overview:

We are seeking an aggressive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive the sales and market expansion of our commercial plywood products in Ahmedabad. You will target the furniture manufacturing sector, interior designers, architects, and wholesale commercial markets to secure new business and build long-term retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new multi-brand dealers, plywood retailers, and commercial stockists across Ahmedabad.
- B2B Networking: Pitch products directly to interior designers, architects, contractors, and modular furniture manufacturers.
- Lead Generation: Conduct regular field visits to commercial hubs, construction sites, and furniture markets to generate active sales leads.
- Sales Targets:



Meet monthly and quarterly volume and revenue targets set by the management.
- Payment Recovery: Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding outstanding credit limits with clients.
- Market Intelligence: Track competitor pricing, new product launches, and shifting trends in the local furniture industry.

Required Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in commercial plywood, laminates, veneers, or the broader furniture raw material industry.
- Market Knowledge: Strong existing network and deep geographical understanding of Ahmedabad's commercial wood markets.
- Skills: Excellent Gujarati and Hindi communication skills, persuasive negotiation abilities, and a strong drive for field-based sales.
- Assets: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license for daily local travel.
