The Role

Key responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and enhance the Azure API Management (APIM)-based Internal API Platform.
- Design and develop the Enterprise Context Gateway to support secure, governed integration of AI agents and enterprise services.
- Develop and improve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Ensure platform security, reliability, scalability, resilience, and high availability.
- Support the bank's transition to an AI-native architecture by enabling access to enterprise data, tools,



and MCP services.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to improve the organization's integration ecosystem.
- Create and maintain developer self-service tools to improve platform adoption and developer experience.
- Implement automated and compliant deployment processes aligned with enterprise standards.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance and operational stability.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call/standby rotation to ensure availability of mission-critical services and platforms
