Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Intern who is energetic, creative, proactive, and excited about on-ground marketing, brand activations, events, partnerships, and consumer engagement.

The intern will work closely with the Marketing and Business teams to plan and execute on-ground activations, college/community events, brand experiences, sampling activities, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives to increase FOY's visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.

This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, interacting with people, executing events, and bringing creative marketing ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

On-Ground Marketing & Activations




- Assist in planning and executing on-ground marketing activations across Mumbai.
- Coordinate with venues, event partners, vendors, promoters, and other external stakeholders.
- Support pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, college activations, community events, and beauty-focused experiences.
- Coordinate logistics, branding materials, sampling, merchandise, and promotional assets.
- Be present at activations and ensure smooth execution on-ground.
- Interact with consumers and create awareness about FOY and its products/services.
- Collect consumer feedback, leads, and insights during activations.
- Track activation performance and prepare post-event reports.

Brand & Consumer Engagement
- Come up with creative ideas to increase FOY's visibility and consumer engagement.
- Assist in developing interactive experiences around beauty, skincare, makeup, and AI.
