Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to manage end-to-end procurement activities for construction, interior, MEP, hospitality and operational requirements. The role will be responsible for sourcing quality materials at competitive prices, vendor management, negotiations, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end procurement of construction and project materials, including RMC, cement, bricks, MS materials and other building materials.

· Procure tiles, marble, granite and interior materials such as ceiling, flooring, POP, boards, etc.

· Handle procurement of carpentry, ceramic and plumbing materials.

· Manage procurement of furniture including tables, chairs, sofas, beds and related items.

· Coordinate procurement of kitchen and bakery equipment.

· Source materials for display counters and other project requirements.

· Manage procurement of electrical materials, POS hardware/software and related systems.

· Handle procurement of crockery, cutlery,



tableware and other operational items.

· Identify, evaluate and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality specifications and delivery schedules.

· Ensure timely availability of materials as per project requirements and timelines.

· Coordinate with project, engineering, finance and operations teams to understand procurement requirements.

· Maintain proper purchase records, vendor documentation and procurement reports.

· Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 5–10 years of experience in procurement/purchase, preferably in construction, hospitality, real estate, interiors or related industries.

· Strong knowledge of construction, interior, electrical, plumbing, furniture and hospitality materials.

· Good vendor network and robust negotiation skills.
