Job Summary

We are looking for a Product Specialist – Vascular Access & Dialysis Products with strong experience in the sales and marketing of PICC Lines, CVC Lines, Peritoneal Dialysis Catheters and related medical devices.

The candidate will be responsible for developing the market for our in-house products, building relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals, supporting the sales team with product knowledge, and driving product adoption and business growth.

The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, clinical understanding, communication skills and medical device sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for PICC Lines, CVC Lines, Peritoneal Dialysis Catheters and related products.
- Develop business with hospitals, nursing homes, dialysis centres,



distributors and institutional customers.
- Identify potential customers, new markets and business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and product demonstrations for doctors, nurses, hospital staff and other relevant healthcare professionals.
- Provide technical/product support to the sales team during customer visits.
- Build robust relationships with key accounts and healthcare professionals.
- Generate product enquiries and convert them into business opportunities.
- Work closely with the field sales team to achieve product-wise and territory-wise sales targets.
- Collect market feedback regarding product performance, pricing, competitor products and customer requirements.
- Monitor competitor products, market trends and pricing.
- Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, CME/events and other marketing initiatives.
