Mid Level Accountant
Location: Pune, Near Fatima Nagar, Wanowrie.
Job Summary
Oversee financial operations with outsourced accountants, ensure compliance, and support strategic decisions by generating reports from the ERP. Manage financial reporting and coordinate with HODs and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
- Timely bank reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate and support internal and external HODs
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or M. Com
- Professional certification such as Inter-CA (preferred)
- 3–4 years of relevant accounting experience
Key Skills
- Robust knowledge of Excel is must
- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Strong communication
