bout the Role
We help e-commerce sellers get set up, compliant, and active across marketplaces. As we build out our Digital Seller Services line (cataloguing, listing management, and marketplace account operations), we need a leader to own this function end-to-end. You will build the service, the team, and delivery standards, while driving client results across Amazon, Flipkart, Alibaba, and Walmart.

Key Responsibilities
- Service Delivery: Product cataloguing, listing creation/optimisation, content/image coordination, and ongoing account management.
- Marketplace Operations: Seller onboarding, account health, case resolution, and staying updated on Amazon, Flipkart, and Walmart policies.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and manage cataloguers, listing specialists, and account managers. Establish SLAs, quality checks, and productivity targets.
- Growth: Package and price services, support sales pitches, and scale delivery operations.
- Reporting: Track listing quality, turnaround times, client retention, and vertical revenue; report directly to the Founder.

Requirements




- 4–6+ years in e-commerce marketplace operations, cataloguing, or seller support, including at least 2 years of team leadership.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub (Walmart Marketplace is a strong plus).
- Solid understanding of listing best practices, catalogue structures, SEO/keywords, and marketplace compliance.
- Experience managing P&L; or delivery metrics alongside client relationships.
- Solid process and people-management skills to build a function from the ground up.

Nice to Have
- Experience within a seller services agency or aggregator.
- Vendor management experience for content, imaging, or design.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
