About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on person to manage the setup, maintenance and day-to-day readiness of our Airbnb properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and launch new CocoLuxe properties.
- Purchase furniture, décor, kitchen essentials and other required items within budget.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, carpenters and other vendors.
- Handle property maintenance and follow up until issues are resolved.
- Coordinate housekeeping and ensure apartments are clean and guest-ready.
- Conduct property inspections before guest check-in.
- Maintain inventory of linen, toiletries, décor and essentials.
- Coordinate property photography and assist with listing preparation.
- Report and close maintenance,



housekeeping and property-related issues.

Requirements
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Comfortable travelling to properties across Pune.
- Practical, proactive and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Hospitality, property management, housekeeping or real estate experience is an advantage.
