Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company website and CRM system.
- Monitor daily CRM operations, leads, customer data, and application flow.
- Manage CRM users, roles, permissions, and lead allocation.
- Monitor website and CRM integrations and data flow.
- Manage and coordinate API integrations such as OTP, KYC, payment gateway, and other third-party services.
- Identify technical issues and coordinate with developers/vendors for resolution.
- Maintain CRM dashboards, reports, and MIS.
- Monitor system performance, data security, backups, and access controls.
- Coordinate with the development team for new features and system improvements.
- Regularly check website and CRM for errors and technical issues.




- Provide regular updates and reports to management.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of CRM systems.
- Experience in website management.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with developers and technical vendors.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
