We are looking for a Manager – Digital Partnerships to drive the promotion and visibility of our Bollywood, Pop, and International repertoire across YouTube, Meta, and Snapchat. The role will work closely with platform partners, internal stakeholders, artists, and global teams to maximize editorial placements, platform promotions, and audience growth.
What you'll do:
- Lead promotional strategy for Bollywood, Pop, International Frontline, and International Catalogue releases across YouTube, Meta, and Snapchat.
- Drive editorial placements, platform campaigns, and promotional opportunities by working closely with platform partner teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, A&R;, Commercial, Labels, and Global teams to plan and execute release campaigns.
- Build solid relationships with platform partners and stay updated on platform features, trends, and best practices.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend strategies to maximise reach, engagement, and revenue.
- Support artists and artist management teams on platform promotions and release-related initiatives.
- Manage YouTube CMS,



Content ID, copyright claims, and ownership conflicts.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues across YouTube, Meta, and Snapchat by coordinating with internal and global teams.
- Ensure smooth execution of releases while supporting platform operations and best practices.
Who you are:
- 3-7 years of experience in digital partnerships, platform management, or music distribution.
- Prior experience with a music label, media company, or entertainment business is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, YouTube CMS, Content ID, and music copyright.
- Proven experience managing platform relationships and driving successful music promotions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
