Job description:

We are seeking a highly experienced US IT Recruiter with 2–6 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, negotiating, and closing IT professionals across various technologies and domains. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong understanding of the US recruitment process, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Work on full-time, contract, and contract-to-hire requirements across various technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, UI/UX, QA, ERP, Network, etc.)




- Source candidates using multiple channels: job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, social networks, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct in-depth technical screening to evaluate candidate skillsets, project experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage a high volume of requirements simultaneously and deliver candidates within tight deadlines.
- Experience working directly with Fortune 500 clients.
- Prior experience mentoring or leading a small team.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS/CRM).
- Good understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies.
