Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 6 month-1 year of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proven track record of successfully bidding and securing projects on platforms like Upwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Create and submit compelling proposals and bids on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project requirements are met and delivered on time.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on sales metrics and progress towards targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 6months -1 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
