Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Techno Marketing Officers/Executives across the zone.
- Provide technical support to sales teams, dealers, engineers, contractors, and project sites.
- Investigate, analyze, and resolve quality complaints and product-related issues within defined timelines.
- Drive HMPC, engineers, contractors, and influencer meetings to promote product usage.
- Support sales teams in converting key projects through technical presentations, demos, and trials.
- Conduct site visits for product application guidance and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with QC, production, and sales teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
- Plan and execute technical branding activities, demos, and awareness programs.
- Track competitor products, applications, and market practices from a technical perspective.
- Ensure adherence to visit norms, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
