About the role

You will own the growth and accuracy of that catalog.

That means three things in practice. First, building product listings that are clean, complete, and structured for on-page SEO. Second, keeping the data consistent across all four storefronts no blank fields, no duplicate handles, no drifting naming conventions. Third, looking outward: studying competitor catalogs to find the backdrop styles and categories we are missing, and turning that into a prioritised list of listings worth building.

You will also be the person who makes sure our sales and design teams actually understand what we sell. Every current product launch should come with study material that explains what it is, how it is positioned, and how it differs from what we already offer.

This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership. You are not coordinating with someone else who does the work you are the person doing it.

What you'll do
- Build and maintain product listings in Shopify — titles, variants, pricing, images, collections,



and metafields — following Shopify best practices and on-page SEO principles.
- Keep catalog data clean across all four regional storefronts. No blank titles or IDs, no duplicate handles, consistent naming conventions, accurate variant structures.
- Run bulk catalog operations using CSV imports/exports and the Shopify bulk editor, with a QC process that catches errors before they go live.
- Research competitor catalogs to identify gaps in our range, and translate that research into a prioritised, reasoned list of listings to add.
- Write on-page SEO copy for products and collections — meta titles, meta descriptions, handles, alt text — that reads well to a human and indexes well for search.
- Create product study material for sales and design so that every launch is understood by the teams who have to sell and build it.
