The Senior Executive School Connect will lead institutional outreach and build strategic relationships with schools (CBSE, ICSE, WBCHSE, and International Boards) to strengthen Adamas University's brand equity and drive undergraduate admissions pipeline.

This role serves as the face of Adamas University to school leadership, principals, career counselors, students, and parents. The primary focus will be promoting the universitys 10 multidisciplinary Schools of Study (Engineering, Business, Law, Media, Biotechnology, Allied Health, Liberal Arts, Smart Agriculture, etc.), promoting campus immersion experiences at our 120-acre green campus, and driving registrations for the Adamas University Admission Test (AUAT) and career guidance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Institutional Partnerships & Relationship Management
- Map, target, and empanel top senior secondary schools across Kolkata, rest of West Bengal, and key Eastern India regions.
- Build direct, sustainable relationships with School Principals, Trustees, Administrators, and School Counselors.




- Secure permissions for university outreach activities, including career counseling workshops, guest lectures, subject masterclasses, and principal conclaves.

2. Outreach Initiatives & Campus Engagement
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-impact school engagement programs:
- Career Counseling & Aptitude Seminars: Guide Class XI & XII students on higher education choices and emerging career pathways.
- Campus Immersion Visits: Organize guided visits to the Adamas University 120-acre Barasat campus for high school students and faculty.
- Competitions & Events: Host regional inter-school debate, science, tech, and cultural fests under the Adamas banner.
- Promote AUAT (Adamas University Admission Test) and national entrance pathways (e.g., Pearson UG exam scores) directly to Class XII students.
