Experience: 8-12 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in electronics or related field

Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and maintain QMS as per ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
- Manage SOPs, Work Instructions, Document & Record Control.
- Coordinate Internal, Customer & External Audits and ensure timely NC closure.
- Handle CAPA, 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why & Fishbone Analysis.
- Conduct Process, System & Compliance Audits.
- Monitor Quality KPIs, NCRs, rejection, rework & customer complaints.
- Coordinate with Production, Process Engineering, SCM and other departments.
- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) and QMS reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement and process-based quality culture.
- Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and applicable standards.
