Sales Representative – FinTechJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing FinTech company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, understanding customer requirements, and promoting the company’s financial products and services.

The candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other business development activities.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, perks, processes, and applicable terms clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into successful clients.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
- Identify customer concerns and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Stay updated on financial products, market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Develop new sources of leads and explore opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

Required Qualifications

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
