Job Purpose: The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level
administrative support to senior executives, ensuring smooth
operations, effective communication, and strategic
coordination. The role requires discretion, organizational
skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a
fast-paced sports business environment.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will support
revenue growth, partnerships, and commercial opportunities
for the sports organization. The role requires a strategic
mindset, solid industry connections, and expertise in sales,
marketing, and client relationship management.
Additional responsibility would be coordination with the
external legal counsel.
EA ROLE
- Project Management: Support key projects, track deadlines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing board meetings and departmental reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, sports bodies, partners, and clients.
- Research & Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations,
and industry insights for decision-making.
- Confidentiality: Manage sensitive information with discretion.
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for the CEO.
- Communication: Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & LEGAL SUPPORT
• Revenue Generation: Identify and pursue investment and partnership opportunities.
• Market Analysis: Research trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in sports business.
• Client Acquisition & Management: Build relationships with brands, corporate sponsors, and sports stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy: Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to secure business deals and projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, sales and finance teams for deal execution.
• Contract Negotiation: Structure and negotiate business deals, licensing, and media rights agreements.
