Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Accountant to support daily accounting operations. The candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting entries and records
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Support in bank reconciliations and ledger verification
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support during audits and compliance processes
- Handle basic GST/TDS documentation and entries (if applicable)





Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (B.Com or equivalent)

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or similar accounting software
- Basic understanding of taxation (GST, TDS)
