About the Chance

We are looking for a results-driven Lead Paid Marketing Specialist who can take complete ownership of our paid acquisition strategy and build a predictable pipeline of high-quality B2B leads.

We are an established and growing B2B IT solutions company with a strong client base and validated market presence. As we scale, we are looking for someone who can move beyond campaign management and directly contribute to pipeline growth, lead quality, conversions, and measurable ROI.

This role is ideal for a performance marketer who can confidently demonstrate what they have achieved through paid marketing, not just what platforms they have managed.

Key Responsibilities

* Own Paid Acquisition: Develop, execute, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation.

* Own the Full Funnel:



Manage the journey from ad impression and click through to lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

* Drive SQLs & Pipeline: Focus on generating high-quality leads and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), rather than optimizing solely for clicks or traffic.

* Manage Budgets & ROI: Own campaign budgets and continuously optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI.

* Tracking & Attribution: Manage conversion tracking, analytics, and integration between advertising platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

* Optimize Continuously: Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, messaging, and campaign strategies.

* Use Data to Make Decisions: Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and acquisition efficiency.
